SimplyStock provides technical analysis tools, indicators, and signals based on historical price data and mathematical calculations. These tools are designed to assist you in making your own investment decisions, but they do not constitute personalized financial advice.

Usage of the Service does not create a professional relationship between the Service and the user, including but not limited to an advisor-client relationship. The user acknowledges that the Service is automated and general in nature and the user bears any and all risk associated with using the Service.
SimplyStock makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information provided. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

SimplyStock may integrate with or rely on third-party services. We provide a warranty disclaimer for these third-party services: third-party service failures are not SimplyStock's responsibility, and the terms of the third party's service apply directly to the user.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMPLYSTOCK, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SimplyStock and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from any misuse of the Service, violations of law, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
As a user of the Service, you agree to:
SimplyStock offers a monthly subscription plan at $5.00 USD per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and will automatically renew unless canceled.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension. Any fees associated with chargebacks may be passed on to the user and must be paid to restore account access.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before the end of the current billing cycle. Any cancellations made after 3 business days before the end of the current billing cycle will apply to the end of the next billing cycle.
If you terminate your subscription, you forfeit any fees already paid for the month if not canceled within the specified 3-business-day limit.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to subsequent billing cycles.
To use the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of SimplyStock and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Following account termination, user data is retained for a period of up to 30 days before being scheduled for deletion, unless otherwise required by law. Users may request the deletion of their personal data prior to this period by contacting us. However, SimplyStock reserves the right to keep analytical or aggregated data that has been anonymized and can no longer be used to identify an individual user.
We reserve the right to block any user's access, terminate, or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to misuse, violation of law, or breach of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of such termination, the user forfeits any fees already paid.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page or through electronic communication. Changes become effective upon notification of the new terms to the user. Your continued usage of the Service indicates your consent and acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SimplyStock operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In case of any dispute between you and SimplyStock, you agree that the conflict will be resolved exclusively via binding arbitration in a forum of SimplyStock's choosing, rather than in court.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and SimplyStock. This prevents users from claiming reliance on any external statements, including but not limited to marketing statements, emails, chats, or past versions of these Terms and Conditions.
By using the Service, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. These communications may include notices about updates, billing issues, and other information concerning or related to the Service, which will be emailed or shown in-app.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any rule, right, or provision of these Terms does not mean we gave it up forever. Allowing an exception (such as a late payment) does not mean we have permanently given up our right to enforce that rule or provision in the future.
Users cannot transfer their account, subscription, or any rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our prior written consent. The company can assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, such as in the event of a business being sold, merged, or restructured.
